Shipping

All items will be shipped within 1 week from purchase, although I will do my best to ship within 1-2 business days. If you have specific timeline, feel free to reach out and I will do my best to accommodate your request. Unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.  

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your package with photographs and details of the packaging/damage and we can discuss how to proceed.

International Shipping 

The person receiving a shipment is obliged to pay any associated duty and VAT. Your local government may contact you for payment prior to receiving the piece. Local duties, VAT or taxes are not paid at checkout and I have no way of knowing what the fees will be ahead of time. Please be sure to include the proper phone number and email address during checkout to ensure your local government can get hold of you for any further processing once the shipment arrives in your country.

Returns

My goal is for you to love your piece. If for some reason you aren't happy with your purchase, please contact me at junipermesadesigns@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery to request a return. This does not apply to custom orders, which are non-refundable. Unfortunately, I am unable to cover shipping costs associated with returns. 

Gifts

If your purchase is a gift, please indicate this in the note to seller section at checkout and I will happily include a card and your message. 

Payment Plans

I want to make my jewelry more accessible to everyone and therefore I offer ShopPay Installments. If you choose this option at checkout, you pay 4 installments every two weeks without any interest. Please see ShopPay Installments for more information.

Caring for your jewelry

All of the jewelry I create is made from sterling silver, which will tarnish over time. Storing your silver in an airtight container may slow this process. You can gently clean your jewelry with a soft toothbrush and mild soap, followed by polishing with a soft silver polishing cloth. Turquoise may chip or fracture if dropped and should not be placed in an ultrasonic cleaner. Remove your jewelry before showering, entering a pool or spa, exercising, or using lotion/oils/chemicals since this may lead to discoloration.
